Some Job-Stacking and Sales Alpha from Delaney
Delaney emphasizes the importance of staggering job starts to avoid overwhelm. It’s recommended to build a buffer between start dates so you can lear the role and build as much social capital as possible. High performance early on earns flexibility later, allowing for meeting control, reduced oversight, and even restructuring roles to minimize workload. Following this process will typically yield better results when job-stacking.
2. Operational Delegation and Automation (you need a Rosette)
A huge part of Delaney's strategy is operational delegation. He delegated most simple tasks to VAs and leaned heavily on automation tools for job applications and admin work. His first personal VA Rosette now leads the fulfillment of services at Elevated Tech. They apply his personal application model to client services, using manual + automated systems to submit over 2,000 job applications per client monthly. This combination along with good management drive impressive results for job-seekers.
3. No-Brainer Low-Ticket Ascension Funnels Warm Buyers
Through trial and error, Delaney and his team found that selling a $10,000 job-stacking program cold through meta ads is tough. He’s currently in the process of building out some longer-form VSLs, weekly webinars, and a pipeline of low-ticket/free resources like ebooks and free programs. This in addition to future JV’s should warm buyers enough and make the buying process more natural. If you sell B2C, don’t underestimate an ascension funnel.
